Shamrock Rovers surprised many people with their positive performance in the Conference League this season. The Irish team was an underdog in the league stage, but Shamrock won 11 points and finished 10th in the standings. The manager Stephen Bradley and his players deserve compliments for their work in the competition this season. If they manage to reach the 1/8-finals as well, this would be a massive achievement for Irish football.
